Eating healthy can be cheap as. The big bowl of chicken soup on the left was made with the chicken from the bones I used to make bone broth ($5). So, full of goodness broth with minerals and healing gelatine for good gut health, carrots, onion, garlic, fresh ginger, zucchini, pumpkin, okra and silverbeet, flavoured with salt, pepper and fresh thyme. I also have 3 litres of bone broth left.

The one on the right was beef bones cooked for more than 24 hours and will make another winter soup. The container is half full of meat that I picked off the bones ($4) Pepper Beef is flavoured with Chinese 5 spice and add whatever veges you want. Love my winter soups 🙂

To all my lovely followers, I am currently taking a break from Living Low Carb to follow a unique, new business opportunity to Australia that totally aligns with my values so I will not be posting as often as I have been.
